ГЕОТРЕЙДИНГ АД

For a second year in a row, Geotrading AD has been honoured for its outstanding performance as a dealer of one of the largest construction machinery manufacturers – LiuGong. The special award

was given to the executive director of the Bulgarian company, Mr. Ivan Vutov, during the Twelfth Global Dealer Conference in Nanning, China. The motto for the event was ‘Rise to the Challenge and Embrace the Future’. The conference was attended by about 300 representatives of LiuGong dealers from more than 50 countries, including part of the management team of Geotrading AD, as well as more than 100 guests. The Bulgarian company is the only authorized representative of LiuGong in Bulgaria.

The participants in the Dealer Conference reviewed the performance from the past year, discussed the Chinese company’s development strategy for the future and other topics of shared interest to dealers.

As part of the Chinese government’s ‘Belt and Road’ Initiative for closer ties between the countries along the ancient Silk Road and the countries along the modern maritime Silk Road, LiuGong held a Belt and Road seminar during the event. During the seminar, government representatives, industry associations, ambassadors and consuls from B&R countries, and LiuGong’s global dealers gathered together to discuss the future development of business as part of Belt and Road, looking at current projects that are under way. One of the most significant steps as part of this to date has been a strategic cooperation agreement between LiuGong and the China International Contractors Association to further promote its business in Belt and Road countries.
