LiuGong presents improved excavator range at BAUMA 2016

28.04.2016

The renowned Chinese manufacturer LiuGong for the fifth time in a row presented its products at the largest trade fair for construction vehicles and equipment—BAUMA 2016 in Munich. LiuGong showcased 14 of its vehicles. Prominent among them was the whole E-series, including 7 excavators with operating weights between 15 and 50 tonnes—their first appearance at the fair. This was announced by GeotradingLiuGong’s authorised representative for Bulgaria.

Each day, the booth of the Chinese machine building leader enjoyed the interest of some 4000 visitors. They were able to see up-close the 856H4F front loader, 6612 compaction roller, 418III grader, 375BIV and 385BIV skid-steer loaders, CLG2018A-T and CLG2015H-WF forklift trucks, and the 7 improved excavator models in the E-series—9035E, 915EIV, 922EIIIB, 925EIV, 933EIV, 939EIV, 950EIIIA.

The 856H4F front loader attracted most interest from the visitors at LiuGong’s booth. The awesome high-tech vehicle minimises the buyer’s return on investment.

The seven excavators of the new E-series also impressed the audience. Like the 856H4F front loader, they are also equipped with engines, fully compliant with the requirements of the Euro 4 emission standard. Furthermore, the E-series uses a new and advanced type of hydraulic system, enhancing the excavators’ productivity and efficiency. Featured in this series is the 922E tracked excavator with a 22-tonne operating weight and 1 cubic metre bucket capacity. The model has a hydraulic circuit, allowing use of additional attachments such as breakers, tampers, etc.

Daily contests for qualified operators were held at the LiuGong’s booth. Operating the 925E excavator, they were challenged to move a ring along a metal pipe, without touching it. LiuGong awarded a smartphone to each operator passing the test for the shortest time on each day of the fair.

LiuGong has set the bar high for the future and will become a completely global manufacturer of specialised equipment. It becomes clear that the customers expect more from their familiar vehicles. In addition, they expect full service—the vehicle must be supported with 24/7 service and spare parts,” said David Beatenbough, vice president of Guangxi LiuGong Machinery Co. Ltd.

This is why the Bulgarian representative of the popular brand, together with the sales of the full LiuGong range, is now also providing full service for the vehicles. To this end, Geotrading operates two ProAuto service centres—in Sofia and Etropole. Only original parts of the manufacturer LiuGong are used in the repairs. The ProAuto  centres have mobile teams of service engineers as well. They are trained in accordance with LiuGong’s requirements to perform quick and quality on-site repairs of the vehicles.
